[Low Temperature Cut-Off Protection]

This lithium battery is equipped with low temperature cut-off protection, meaning that when the temperature falls within the range of 23℉ to 41℉, it will stop charging. Similarly, when the temperature is between -13℉ and 5℉, the battery will cease discharging. This feature is essential for maintaining the overall health of the lithium battery.

[Built-in Meter]

The battery features an integrated LCD screen on the top, which provides real-time information about the battery's status. In standby mode, it displays the remaining battery capacity and voltage, while in charging mode, it shows the charging current and voltage. During discharge, it will display the discharging current and voltage. It is important to calibrate the screen display before first use or following a long period of non-use. This can be done by fully discharging the battery to 0% and then using a compatible LiFePO4 battery charger or a solar charge controller to charge it completely.

[Series and Parallel Connection]

When using a 4-pack of 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Batteries, it is possible to create either a 48V 100Ah lithium-ion battery bank or a 12V 400Ah power system. Furthermore, it is also possible to wire up to 16 batteries in series and parallel, allowing for the creation of a powerful home battery bank system with a total output of 20.48 kWh.

[3,000 Lifespan, 10-Year Lifetime]

The LiFePO4 batteries can endure approximately 3,000 cycles at an 80% depth of discharge, which translates to a lifespan of around 10 years with daily usage. This far surpasses the capability of sealed lead-acid batteries, which only provide approximately 500 cycles. With a maximum power output of 5120Wh, these LiFePO4 batteries are 2 to 3 times more powerful than SLA batteries of the same size. Their continuous discharge current is suitable for powering various electrical devices, including fish finders, solar power systems, electric wheelchairs, camping equipment, home alarm systems, and scooters.

The battery management system has been optimized to provide protection against cell balancing, over-current cutoff, over-charge cutoff, over-discharge cutoff, high and low-temperature cutoffs, and short-circuit protection. This enhances performance and prolongs the battery's overall lifespan. Additionally, Dr. Prepare offers 10-year quality support to assist customers in resolving any quality-related issues.

[Warm Tips]

It is important to note that the 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery is intended for use as an energy storage battery, not as a car battery, starting battery, or golf cart battery. For trolling motors, two batteries are suitable for a 12V 62-86lbs thrust trolling motor, while four batteries can provide a power output of 5120Wh, enabling longer runtime or greater thrust. To protect the battery, a 60A circuit breaker (not included) should be used.

[About Recharging]

To recharge the 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery, a 12V (14.6V) 5A/10A/20A/50A lithium battery charger is required, as well as a solar panel. When using a solar panel for recharging, a solar charge controller is necessary, as a lead-acid battery charger cannot recharge the LiFePO4 Battery. Each battery must be fully charged separately with a 12V lithium charger prior to being connected in series to achieve a balance effect and prevent the delivery of excessive voltage to the remaining batteries.
